Justice For All’s Committee for ICC Submissions is dedicated to pursuing international accountability for genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity through rigorous legal advocacy at the International Criminal Court (ICC). As part of our broader mission to end genocide and uphold human rights globally, we collect, analyze, and submit meticulously documented evidence to support investigations and prosecutions. Our work has included formal submissions on the genocide of the Rohingya in Burma and ongoing violations in Indian-occupied Kashmir.

In the case of Gaza, we have submitted targeted legal filings documenting emblematic war crimes committed by Israeli forces. These include the deliberate bombing of Yarmouk Mosque during Fajr prayer, the killing of six-year-old Hind Rajab and her family after she pleaded for help, the shelling of the Holy Family Church where displaced civilians had taken shelter, and the destruction of Gaza’s last functioning IVF and fertility clinic. Through these submissions, we aim to bring the international community’s attention to the scale and severity of violations and ensure that perpetrators are held accountable under international law.
