Nine Americans Killed. No Accountability. Tell the Senate to Act on Israel
Nine Americans have been killed by Israeli settlers or Israeli security forces in the occupied West Bank since 2022. Their families are still waiting for justice.
Meanwhile, Palestinians face escalating settler attacks, military violence, displacement and the detention, with billions of OUR dollars.
Senators now have an opportunity to do more than issue another appeal to the Israeli government. A new resolution led by Sens. Chris Van Hollen, Tim Kaine and Bernie Sanders would use U.S. law to compel the State Department to report what it knows about these killings and Israel’s wider human rights practices.

Justice For All Calls on UN Member States to Act on Commission Findings of Genocide Against Palestinian Children
Justice For All, a non-profit human rights and genocide prevention organization, today urged all Permanent Missions to the United Nations to act on the findings of an independent U.N. Commission, which concluded that Israeli forces intentionally killed Palestinian children and subjected them to torture and sexual violence, among other international law violations, including a continuing genocide.
“This report is likely the most authoritative documentation of Israel’s genocide we will have until the ICJ’s final decision years from now,” said Imam Abdul Malik Mujahid, President of Justice For All. “Palestinian children continue to be killed despite the existence of ceasefires. Member States cannot claim ignorance. Justice For All Condemns Manoj Sinha’s Chicago Visit, Calls for U.S. Scrutiny of Kashmir Rights Record
Justice For All, strongly condemns the visit to Chicago by Manoj Sinha, the Lieutenant Governor appointed by New Delhi to administer Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. We call on U.S. officials, elected representatives and civic institutions not to allow international platforms to be used to sanitize the continuing repression of Kashmiris.
Chicago has a long tradition of civic engagement and human rights advocacy. We call on Members of Congress, Illinois elected officials and Chicago-area public officials to refuse to provide political legitimacy to Sinha’s narrative without publicly raising the human rights situation in Kashmir. Manoj Sinha should not be able to come to a U.S. city and speak of a Kashmiri “renaissance” without being confronted with the experiences of the people living under occupation.
