Justice For All Condemns Israeli Killing of Christian Civilians, Al-Aqsa Raid, and Politician’s  Call to Murder Palestinian Infants

NEW YORK (Oct 9, 2026)

Justice For All strongly condemns the Israeli military’s killing of a Palestinian Christian mother and daughter in Gaza during a so-called ceasefire, extremist Israeli settlers’ ongoing raids on the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and Israeli party leader Moshe Feiglin calling the murder of Palestinian infants “moral.”

This week Israel has inflicted various kinds of violence on Palestinians. On Oct 4, an Israeli airstrike killed Palestinian Christians Maysa Abu Daoud and her daughter Mary al-Najjar, who lived in the Remal neighbourhood of Gaza City. They had been helping displaced families at the Holy Family Church. Their funeral was held at the Saint Porphyrius Church, a 5th-century church damaged in October, 2023, by Israeli bombardment. On Oct 5, dozens of settlers under Israeli occupation forces’ protection stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque. On Oct 6, Feiglin, leader of the Zehut party allied with Smotrich’s Religious Zionism, told The Jerusalem Post that killing Palestinian babies is “moral.”

Imam Saffet Catovic, Director of Justice For All’s U.N. Operations, said: “From the killing of a Christian mother and daughter in Gaza, the storming of Al-Aqsa to statements of Israeli politicians condoning murder of babies, these are not separate tragedies, they are the same crime: the dehumanization of a people that accompanies genocide. Silence from the international community is complicity.”

Justice For All calls upon U.N. Member States to halt arms exports to Israel and bring an end to the genocide, as is their legal obligation under international law.
