Justice For All Thanks Amnesty International for Exposing India’s Arms Supply to Israel Amid Gaza Genocide

A new report documents India’s role in supplying weapons, ammunition and military components to Israeli companies after Oct. 7, 2023.

WASHINGTON (July 30, 2026) — Justice For All thanks Amnesty International for its rigorous investigation and publication of “Made in India: The Supply of Weapons and Ammunition to Israel.” The report documents India’s supply of weapons, ammunition, parts and accessories to Israeli companies after Oct. 7, 2023, and calls on India to immediately end all arms transfers to Israel and impose a comprehensive arms embargo.

Amnesty International analyzed 2,596 shipments from India to Israel between Oct. 7, 2023, and Nov. 30, 2025. Using what it describes as a conservative methodology, Amnesty identified at least 390,516 small-arms parts for military-grade weapons, 564,970 parts of explosive ordnance and 298 military-vehicle components supplied to major Israeli companies that directly supply the Israeli military. The report warns that the true scale of this trade is likely significantly greater because of incomplete and inconsistent shipment data.

“Amnesty International has performed an essential public service by documenting the supply chains that enable Israel’s genocide against Palestinians in Gaza,” said Zahir Adil, team lead for Justice For All’s Save India from Fascism campaign.  “This evidence leaves governments and corporations with no credible claim that they do not know the consequences of continuing these transfers. India must stop sending arms and components to Israel and meet its obligations to prevent genocide.”

The report identifies both Indian government-owned companies and private companies that exported offensive military equipment or components to Israeli entities linked to the Israeli military. Amnesty concludes that India’s continued transfers may risk complicity in violations of international law and calls for investigations into the potential civil and criminal responsibility of nine companies and their officers.

“India’s government invokes its historic support for Palestine while helping arm the military carrying out a genocide against Palestinians,” added Adil. “Humanitarian aid and selective U.N. votes cannot absolve the BJP-RSS regime of responsibility for authorizing and facilitating weapons transfers to Israel. A government cannot credibly defend Palestinian rights while supplying the machinery used to destroy Palestinian lives.”

Justice For All joins Amnesty International in urging India to cease all direct and indirect transfers of arms and military materiel to Israel; end business relationships with Elbit Systems, Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and Israel Aerospace Industries; strengthen arms-export controls and human rights due diligence; investigate potential corporate and official responsibility; and accede to the Arms Trade Treaty.
