India’s Complicity in Israel’s persecution and genocide of Palestinians:

Amnesty International has released a report on how Indian Military Equipment companies have been enabling the genocide and subjugation of Palestinians. The report reveals that India has actively participated in the Israeli genocide of Palestinians in Gaza. Israel used Indian weapons and munitions to kill more than 73,000 Palestinians and injured over 173,500 others. Amnesty accuses India of providing material support for the Israeli genocide of Palestinians despite international warnings and binding orders from the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

Amnesty says that India may be legally complicit in war crimes and crimes against humanity due to its violations of ICJ order and Geneva Conventions.
Previously, Mr. Modi, the Indian Prime Minister, himself was accused in the massacre of Muslims in India. He was barred from entering the United States for ten years because of it.

Indian state-owned and private companies have continued to ship massive quantities of weapons, parts, and ammunition to the Israeli military.
The Findings: Amnesty International investigators analyzed 2,596 shipments of military equipment from India to Israel between October 7, 2023, and November 30, 2025. Their conservative estimates show that Indian companies have supplied:

• 390,516 small arms parts for military-grade weapons
• 564,970 parts of explosive ordnance, including drone warheads and artillery shell casings
• 298 components for military vehicles used by the Israeli armed forces
• 155mm high-explosive artillery shells from the state-owned Munitions India Limited
• 10-pound explosive warheads for “suicide drones” from Alpha Elsec Defence & Aerospace Systems
